Buka tutup inhaler.
Tutup salah satu lubang hidung dengan jari.
Dekatkan inhaler ke lubang hidung yang terbuka, lalu hirup dalam-dalam.
Ulangi langkah tersebut pada sisi lubang hidung yang berbeda.
Tutup rapat kembali inhaler setelah digunakan untuk menjaga kualitas aroma.

Inhale deeply through your nostril.
